<p>After disputing the claim against me, YouTube re-enabled the audio track for my thank you video to all those who attended my 24th birthday party. I ended up citing a copyright act from 1976 claiming fair use and all was good.</p>
<p><object width="480" height="295" data="http://www.youtube.com/v/RY840N5fMdU&amp;hl=en&amp;fs=1&amp;color1=0x2b405b&amp;color2=0x6b8ab6" type="application/x-shockwave-flash"><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true" /><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always" /><param name="src" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/RY840N5fMdU&amp;hl=en&amp;fs=1&amp;color1=0x2b405b&amp;color2=0x6b8ab6" /><param name="allowfullscreen" value="true" /></object></p>
<p>Honestly though, I wouldn&#8217;t mind YouTube adding an advertisement on my video to purchase either the song or cd because:</p>
<ol>
<li>I loved the song enough to buy it</li>
<li>I think others would buy it too if given an easy opportunity</li>
</ol>
<p>If you&#8217;re having problems with matched third party conetent, leave a comment and I can point you in the right direction.</p>
